  • Job Title:Customer Support + Product Testing Engineer

  • Qualification:
  • • Education: BE/BTECH(IT,CS & E&TC)/MCA/ BSc/MSc., preferably from English medium throughout.
  • • Having 1-2 years work experience (preferably from BPO or IT application support) will be an added advantage.

  • Job Descriptions:
  • Responsibilities:
  • • Provide email/chat-based support to customers. Sometimes WebEx sessions (voice-based) are necessary for resolving intricate customer issues.
  • • Take ownership of customer reported issues and follow-up through resolution. This might involve proactively taking remote sessions to analyze the issue.
  • • Liasoning with product and engineering teams from time to time.
  • • Provide timely updates to product team about customers issues and feature requests.
  • • Testing the product during major/minor releases.
  • • Testing the bug fixes and updating customers accordingly.

  • Required Skills:
  • • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • • Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require.
  • • Problem-solving skills.
  • • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
  • • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
  • • Good personal presentation, especially when interacting with customers on remote sessions.
  • • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • • Commitment to improving your customer service skills on an ongoing basis.

  • Required Technical Skills:
  • • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux Operating Systems and Databases.
  • • Basic concepts of how web-based applications work, networking, emails clients and protocols.
  • • Knowledge of testing life cycle.
  • • Knowledge of PHP or any programming language will be an added advantage.
